Affordable. Unique. Inspiring.

Formally established in 1927, The East Longview Hall is a volunteer-run community hall located amongst working cattle ranches, farms and rolling grasslands of Southern Alberta, Canada. With panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, the Hall has been described as “historic and revered” by Western Horse Review, and has celebrated over 85 years hosting memorable community functions.

Our Team

We are a small team of highly-dedicated volunteers who believe that our hall enhances the fabric of our strong community. As a not-for-profit organization, we are driven by our commitment to the community of Longview and the Municipal District of Foothills 31. All of the money raised through events goes right back into the Hall to continue its tradition as a place for our community to gather and celebrate special occasions for years to come.

What We Can Offer You

We can provide you with an affordable, inspiring, friendly, and relaxed setting for your wedding, anniversary, corporate meeting or other event. In addition, we can offer you connections with world-class local suppliers to help you create your themes, provide custom décor and lighting, organize the entertainment, and deliver your own unique event experiences.
